Welcome to Usama Mobile. By purchasing our products in-store or through our online platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Usama Mobile deals in new and used mobile phones, mobile accessories, chargers, protective cases, and related products. We also provide online sales and delivery services.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from images shown online.

  • Used mobile phones may have minor signs of use, which will be communicated where applicable.

  • Specifications and features may vary depending on the model, region, or variant.

  • Product availability can change without prior notice.

For used phones, customers are encouraged to inspect the device and verify its condition, functionality, IMEI, and other relevant details before completing the purchase.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The final price will be confirmed at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

  • Customers must provide accurate payment and contact information.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment or confirmation from Usama Mobile, where applicable.

4. Online Orders

When placing an online order, customers are responsible for providing correct information, including:

  • Full name

  • Contact number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Correct product and variant selection

Usama Mobile is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's terms and delivery schedule.

Customers should check the package for visible damage before accepting the delivery and contact Usama Mobile as soon as possible if there is an issue.

6. Used Mobile Phones

Used mobile phones are sold according to their stated condition at the time of purchase.

Customers are advised to check:

  • Display and touch functionality

  • Camera and speakers

  • Microphone

  • Charging port

  • Battery condition

  • SIM/network functionality

  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

  • IMEI and device status

  • Physical condition

  • Any other important features

Once the customer has inspected and accepted a used device, returns or exchanges may be subject to the applicable warranty or return policy.

7. New Mobile Phones

New mobile phones are supplied as received from the manufacturer or authorized supplier, where applicable. Manufacturer warranties, if available, are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Usama Mobile does not guarantee that every product will carry a manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

8. Accessories

Mobile accessories, including cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, and other items, may have different warranty or return conditions depending on the product. Customers should use chargers, cables, and other accessories according to the manufacturer's recommended specifications.

9. Warranty

Where a warranty is offered, the warranty period and conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:

  • Water or liquid

  • Physical damage

  • Accidental drops or impact

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Broken screens or ports

  • Improper use

  • Electrical damage or unsuitable chargers

  • Software modification or unauthorized flashing

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims may require inspection before a repair, replacement, or other resolution is approved.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange eligibility depends on the product and its condition. Products must generally be returned in the condition in which they were purchased, along with applicable accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Used mobile phones and certain accessories may have specific return or exchange conditions. Customers should confirm the applicable policy before completing their purchase.

11. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will be communicated by Usama Mobile. Delivery charges, transaction fees, or other applicable charges may be non-refundable where permitted.

12. Product Verification

For mobile phones, customers are responsible for verifying important details before purchase, including the device model, storage capacity, color, SIM configuration, IMEI, condition, and other relevant specifications. Usama Mobile will provide reasonable assistance in verifying product information before purchase.

13. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to provide accurate information and use purchased products responsibly. Customers are also responsible for backing up their personal data before submitting a device for inspection, repair, exchange, or any other service. Usama Mobile is not responsible for loss of personal data stored on a device.

14. Privacy

Customer information collected during an order or purchase will be handled for legitimate business purposes such as order processing, delivery, customer support, warranty services, and communication. We do not require customers to provide unnecessary personal information for ordinary purchases.

15. Fraud and Misuse

Usama Mobile reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or intended to misuse our services, promotions, warranties, or return policies.

16. Changes to These Terms

Usama Mobile may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, policies, or legal requirements. The updated terms will apply once published on our website or otherwise communicated to customers.
